In 2009 RIM has launched his own App store called BlackBerry World that has recently reached over 3 billion app downloads with 6 million coming daily and has an inventory of over 205,000 apps for all OS, of which over 100,000 are native for BlackBerry 10. The majority of downloads in 2012 were generated in APAC and LATAM, as per graphic below. In particular 55% of the APAC’s revenue was generated in Indonesia.
Due to the big growth of the BlackBerry app inventory and to the increasing number of downloads generated in Asia, MobPartner has launched this week its first campaign ever for a BlackBerry application focusing on the APAC market.
