We're also seeing more interest for product development design applications to run on mobile devices such as the iPad. Another application is to deliver service information to an iPad type device for the field personnel who service equipment in the field - much easier and effective than lugging around large repair manuals. It's a very interesting trend and I think one that will certainly push product design and service information more into the social world.
