    This depends on your Wi-Fi connectivity at work. If your office has Wi-Fi, then you’re in luck. If not, you could ask your computer administrators to set up a wireless router. But, if they say no for security reasons, you could try getting a group of co-workers together to buy a wireless cellular hub from Sprint or another mobile provider.

    If you have PC or lap top then it is enough for you.I-pad can be good for you in the meeting office.So lap top is enough for the office.

    Try to ask your System Admin if they can give you access to the network. So you can connect to the office network.
