    Default Auto Redirect Feature

    Hi,

I was playing around with your auto redirect feature and got a message reading
Only websites hosted on Apache or IIS hosting servers can support this feature!
It won't let me go any further.

    My general server info is
    Apache version2.2.11 (Unix)
    PHP version5.2.8

With this in mind, why can't I use this "goodie"?
(yes, the code was switched and published to PHP as required)

    Thanks again,
    Mark

hi - are you looking to redirect the user to a specific webpage/ website ?
if so - in ASP you can use :
    <%
    response.redirect (url)
    %>

Thanks for the tip, but this is not so easy for a novice when using an online sitebuilder. When you make code adjustments in your editor, next time you update the site via the sitebuilder, this added code is gone and needs added. A real pain if you update regularly.

MSG offers this newer "feature" (re-directing to a PC), but it seems to have a glitch which I've run into. If they can change it without me messing with things behind the scene, I'll be better off (and others behind me with little / no coding knowledge)
