Default skybet goes .mobi - skybet.mobi

I was waiting for some others to pull their finger out and find another major betting mobi, but got bored waiting

I was just chatting in the thread javier started about email templates and saying was good etc, and how william hill get it , paddy power REALLY GET it!, tab.mobi etc

was also saying how ladbrokes are lamebrains and it doesnt even resolve

anyway, thought i would check www.stanjames.mobi , another major betting co in uk and at least they redirect to relevant page, yes a waste, but better than nowt, and they did also wipo the badboy to bring back to daddy
i think they may well use this name in future

ok, so next i was reading up on mobile betting articles as am involved in this area at moment with a couple of guys from this forum and found this:
    http://www.mkodo.com/News/News

at first was a little disheartened as the dev. companies mentioned mkodo and another on another link hadnt even regged tgheir mobis and theyre huge in mobile development.

anyway, heres the great saturday night news

    i checked skybet.mobi
now on the pc i got a file to download as on mobile detect

so went to ready.mobi and it gets a 5/5
    http://ready.mobi/results.jsp?uri=ht...i&locale=en_EN

unforunately im getting a java runtime error again with them so cant view, but gets the top score. can anyone view this puppy and confirm its a built out site???

heres the whois to save you looking, its legit

i see no mention of skybet.mobi being indexed or mentioned online and can only pray sky will at some point promote

either way thought would mention, my pasy half hour on a saturday night

Skybet.mobi resolves as MKodo's page - i.e not yet developed.. but this is a major major player... SKY's the limit now

This actually looks promising to me. When accessing via
my iphone, the browser does not redirect and the page
says "Sky Bet new mobile betting service coming soon"

Obviously things are in the works on this one!

Can't rep as system won't let me. Nice find though predmeister

    Interesting article, thanks Blitzie!
Also interesting that 'wap' is used within the URL web address
I've noticed that betting is also gaining pace here in Australia.
