Default OzMobi Your key to web success!

A company called OzMobi located in Australia has been an early adopter of .mobi since early '06' their site
    http://www.ozmobi.com.au

be sure to view their video!

    I've copied/pasted their aim (below):

    • offering Australian business the ability to showcase themselves on a high profile, high traffic Internet site and importantly, on the next generation Mobile Internet coupled with an extensive Network of high traffic mobile sites

    • offering to the consumer sites with high quality content allowing for fast and easy identification of appropriate business offers, with the ability to comment and give feedback on these offers.

OzMobi has over 1500 .mobi names to their impressive list of names, this can be found right here http://www.ozmobi.com.au/clients/domainlisting

Australia seems to also be embracing .mobi

    Crikey indeed!

Unfortunately I seem to be just about the only one who embraced mobi in Australia. My system – if it worked properly – would have the potential to put mobi on the Map in Australia. But I lack the technical ability to fix it and it seems incredibly difficult to find ethical developers with the knowledge to get me going.
    Does anyone know somebody???

HI I am not clear what your system is - is it a directory of businesses made to work on mobile? Is the problem in the script or somewhere else?

    Hi Gogo,

First and foremost, yes it is in the coding, there are a number of crucial aspects that simply don't work. But it is also in the 'look and feel' of the sites - one of the problems is precisely what you point out when you say "I am not clear what your system is". The message does not come across well at all. I believe to know what it would take, but lack the developers who can do it. The company that I used - although I suspect very capable - never finished the system. My problem was (is) that I couldn't check out the modules as they wrote them and couldn't compile them myself. Consequently they'd fix something but stuff up something else at the same time. I suspect that this ensured that I remained a client....

    Hi Gogo,
Was there a reason that you asked?
