Default Mobile v. PC Detection and Display

    Hello all.

Is it permissible, per dotmobi's rules, to build a .mobi site which detects whether a viewer is viewing the website from a mobile or pc browser and, based upon such detetection, displays either a mobile version of the site or a pc (larger) version of the site?

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could direct me to dotmobi's rules concerning this issue. Thanks

Yes, Mobility does this as does dotMobi's site. All that matters is that .mobi sites be designed for, compatible with, and viewable on a mobile phone. Everything extra is icing on the cake.

    Andres,

Thank you for your quick response. Can you or anyone else direct me to dotmobi's rules which permits this or at least addresses the issue?

    Thanks
