Hi everyone,

I would like to formally say hello to the Mobility community. I'm in the process of joining several forums around the world and am glad to be part of this one. I appreciate what this forum has contributed to .mobi and to mobility in general. There are only 24 hours in a day and I still have to travel when I'm not sleeping so I won't guarantee that I'll be here everyday, but certainly take interest in opinions expressed here and hope to contribute to the discussion in a positive and meaningful way.

I know there are RSS feeds and others in this forum who have already posted on the dotMobi Happenings we've announced, but I've included text again below for convenience. Also for those of you outside of the USA fear not, I'll be taking a poll soon on your Happening city suggestions.

NORTH AMERICAN dotMobi HAPPENINGS:

I'm pleased to announce the first set of dotMobi Happenings that will be in North America. If you'd like to attend, send me a private message or send your request to dotmobihappening@pinkybrand.com with your real full name and let me know which city works for you. Attendance will be limited so let me know ASAP.

Los Angeles, CA - Wed., March 19th, 7 PM
La Jolla, CA - Thu., March 20th, 7 PM
Toronto, ON - Wed., April 9th – Details coming soon.
Boca Raton, FL - Mon., April 28th - Details coming soon.
Atlanta, GA - Date and details coming soon.
New York, NY - Date and details coming soon.

These Happenings will be free, casual and very conversational and always at a cool place. It’s your opportunity to meet dotMobi executives and speak freely about what’s on your mind and what’s on ours. And of course it’s a great way to network and meet others who are interested in dotMobi.

This Forum has an active global membership - and includes people from all backgrounds, walks of life, and a huge array of skills. I believe this group of seriously determined investors, developers, creative talent, and .mobi guardians & supporters, are - and will be - a very major force in driving the brand to success...


Its great that you're here, Pinky....I urge you, and others from dotmobi (mTLD), to actively and freely exchange thoughts, ideas, and initiatives, with us, as we all go forward....Check assumptions....Fine-tune strategy....Get feedback...Test ideas...Hear ideas...
