    Default IE8 Loads Mobile Site Not Web Site

    Why does IE8 load the mobile version of my website from my desktop computer? I don't want customers using IE 8 to have this same experience, because if they are visiting our site from a desktop, they expect to see the admin function, not the mobile function. Any help appreciated.

    Do other browsers load the pc version?

    Are you using a browser detection script - possibly pre IE8?

    It happens after adding multiple plug-ins to IE8. If anyone knows how to code the mobile site so that this won't happen in IE8 - please let us know.

    My detection function needs PDA removing from it as a strong with update returns a false positive
