Hi, fellow-mobiers...
Beauty.mobi is now live - and, takes its place in the wide, wide, mobile world...:)
Special mention & thanks to Gerry....Gerry designed the Logo for me....isn't the logo just stunning...?!?
And, another special thanks to Andreas Koezner for his invaluable work...:)

Congrats on another beauty ;) rep+
I'm happy enough, I guess....But, its a pity, imo, that we are forced to design Premium .mobi sites for the lowest quality of mobile phone - thus making the site MUCH less special-looking than it could be.
Given a business choice, personally (and strategically) I would prefer to have a smaller number of users (those with good enough phones) impacted by the fullest possible experience, than have more visitors (ie most current mobile phones), but they all get a lesser experience when they visit my business...
Basically, I'd prefer to be free to design for the max, now...and not have to re-design it all to bring it up to people's expectations in, say, a year when more smartphone users are around...
.
I suggest a look at Device Atlas (http://deviceatlas.com/) or WURFL (http://wurfl.sourceforge.net/) for the technology to serve up a higher grade site to devices that will support it. Nothing says you have to serve the lowest common denominator to everyone, just as the default presentation.

WHO DAT? DT got a site?
Very cool and slick.
I am having a blast looking at these sites with the iPod touch.
Your colors are vibrant and stunning on that black background.
Thanks for the Kudos. I appreciate folks working together and getting something done.
Been some great stuff coming out of this forum lately. And more on the way beyond a doubt!

Thank you all very much for the compliments....:)
When the technology improves, I'll add product pics, and further develop & build the site...
My overall strategy is to try to develop a range of reasonably decent sites first up, so that the user (often being exposed to mobile sites for the first time) gets a good initial experience, if possible - until I have a portfolio of sites live - then go back, and build and promote each of the businesses...
