Sao Paulo is the largest city in Brasil and the fifth largest in the world in terms of population (11 million...with 19 million in the metro area). It is also the richest city in Brasil.
SaoPaulo.mobi is one of the geo names reserved by the dotMobi registry and is only available for the City Names project, so this is about as close as you're likely to get to the full city name!
