this news says about a brazilian co that helped in a spanish project to develop courses for taxi drivers. they can use PDAs and smartphones to improve his knowledge about traffic (laws here in this case) while he/she is waiting for passengers. the course is being given by a co in madrid. the brazilian co is called Ciatech and the spanish one is Saba. ABN Amro in brazil and Claro (a cell co in brazil as well) r the first that r studying m-learning here and it will probably be used very soon when 3G be available in brazil
