Is Quente the Portuguese word for "hot"?
And if so is it a common word or used often? :dontknow:

Quente does mean hot! It is a commonly used word. But just so you know, it's not like what we'd say here in the U.S... Kind of like "She's hot!" Quente usually refers to water temp. Hopefully that helps.

Thanks TexasGamer. Maybe some of our other Portuguese speaking people can shed some more light on this. Being fluent, I've never really heard of it being referred to any other popular way.

In Brazil, the word "hot" as in sexy is Gostoso / Gostosa (m/f). I see you already have gostosa.mobi, texasgamer, well done!
