Hello from North Carolina. My name is Max (Carlton on most of the forums). I found my way here via C.T. (aka Think). Thanks C.T. for steering me in this direction.

Simply put, I like the .mobi extension and saw nice potential from the very beginning. Was pretty early in the development end and have seen mobi traffic slowly but steadily grow. I haven't concerned myself much with monetization knowing I would get around to it later.

I hope to get by here several times per week to participate in discussions and to learn. Thanks in advance for sharing your advice and vision with me.

Hey, great to see you here, Max/Carlton! I'd wondered if you'd eventually join up here at Mobility, since you've always been a proponent of .mobi over at NP.

Glad to see that you have -- your input here will be much appreciated, with your development experience!

Glad to see you made it here Max!

There is a great group of people here committed to seeing Mobi become known, developed and accepted as the standard for mobile internet use. It's THE PLACE to have rational discussions about Mobi sales and development without the distractions and arguing that occur at the other forums.

This forum is also completely Mobi compliant thanks to the owner Andres and is very easy to access and browse from your cell phone ;)

Glad to see you here Carlton. You've got some great geo sites in all extensions, including .mobi. Look forward to your postings and input here.

There's a few of us 'DS' .mobi fans lurking around here. ;)

Appreciate the hearty welcome everyone. Definitely good to see fans of dotMOBI and many familiar faces here.

As we all know, poor mobi naysayers have terrible constipation problems thus leading to their bad attitudes. Perhaps we can take up an ex-lax fund to ease their pain. :)

What took ya so long?Good question. I'm a late bloomer, and the last to know, usually. :embarassed: In a way it's a good sign for the industry that so many blogs and forums exist. Can't quite keep up with it all. In fact, I started domaining in 2000, but didn't know domain forums existed until 2004. Happened up on one by accident and joined it.
