The race is on.

I may be able to find a feature I read within the past couple of weeks placing Yahoo right in the middle of this. Yahoo, instead of starting from ground zero, is in the process of trying to sign up and form some strategic alliances with telecommunication giants...primarily in Asia at the present (if not in negotiations to purchase them)
