Hi Andres,
just wondering, see many times being a slower typer i find i hit save or post and it has timed out and i have to log in again, i lose all i typed...is there any way to extend this so the page doesnt expire or how do i highlight copy and save as it goes black not blue so i cant just copy, login and paste...is there a way to cut or somethin? I think using a mobile perhaps people may get frustrated if they type for 5 mins and post and it doesnt work(some might, i dunno) as i think copy/paste would be even harder. tnx

I think you have about one hour of no activity before it times out. If you are prepping a post for that length of time, simply hit the Preview button which will let you keep prepping your post and will reset your timeclock. If you are dropping off faster than 1 hour it probably isn't a forum setting causing the problem.

when im on my mobile it does the same to me... i can log in, type a message that takes a few seconds... hit "post" and im suddenly logged out.
the only way i can usually post from my mobile is to hit the back button after i re-login.. if it is done extremely quick it lets me post.
this happens on the mobile version of DNforum too.. not sure if this specific case is because of my network or what.. namepros mobile version always works fine tho.

I'm wondering if it is a mobile connection issue because that happens to me on many mobile sites, not just here.

same here.. but some sites work consistently all the time.. and others almost never work without doing back-button trick and re-logging in.
somehow, certain sites are able to deal with it better if it is a mobile connection issue.. i remember my web-based email was also doing it to me.. it is very annoying whatever it is.
