Can we get a sticky for the auction proccess and terms?

I was wondering, can we have a sticky in the auction section or somwhere on how to go about the process. Listing definitions of Bin, "first offer will take it to sedo ect..) I think it could be usefull for people that don't know about how the system works and want to buy and sell names.

Also maybe include in the sticky how to trasfer your name after and the difference between a push and a transfer. And maybe something about escrow or using other methods. I'm new to this field, thats why i am asking these questions at the same time and want to learn more, and plan on sending some of my names maybe soon. :)
