MY VERY FIRST .MOBI!!!!
I have been a lurker and occasional poster for awhile but now I feel a little more a part of the group.
I cant take any credit really for the site though because the amazingly talented Andreas at akpc.net listened to my vague thoughts and took it from there.
I hope you all like it and I would love to hear what you think.
I am so damn giddy right now!!!!

Nice...very nice. His style is amazing and unique..
The only minor thing...i see al lot of these sites with postal code forms only. I think you (Americans) miss quite substantial revenue (through ads or whatever) by doing this. For us...(english speaking) europeans..there is no need to look deeper into the site. We don't know your postal codes..
If there was also an index on the site (by state, city) it would be great to check if we are on a holiday/businesstrip. Also..some extra general info would also attract some extra pageviews..
Bye...

Thank You Martin. I totally agree and I actually thought of doing that but then didnt follow through because I thought that if someone looked up "Los Angeles" the list would be too long. But I think that you are right and I will look into changing that feature.
Thank you so much for your input. It is most appreciated.

MIRIMADELINE !!
This is very exciting..and it really looks great.
I checked a distant zipcode that is really just a "summer town" so I wondered what results it would pull and it was very accurate. It pulled 3 good ones.
I am very happy for you. :)

Hi Miri,
Great starting point, Rep+. Unfortunately finding some data problems in my area.
search 95827 and you'll find the first 2 (California Diner) are duplicates and also has been out of business for quite a while. If you google that address, you'll find it is now called Celia's Mexican Restaurant instead of California Diner, been that way for a few years at least. Obviously you can't call all the places in your database but it would be good to run a duplicate check based on name + address or name + zip. Unfortunately when we buy databases we are at the mercy of the source as to how accurate and up to date it is. No doubt the cleaner the data the more it costs to obtain.

Congratulations Miri on your first mobi!!! It was a pleasure to work with Miri. I'm still upgrading the site to add a few more features, so wait until the final design is ready and you'll see a really nice site, and all thanks to Miri's ideas.
Best regards,
Andreas P. Koenzen
