It may not be a bad idea for those that have used these, to start a section on the forum for rating the plus and minuses.
Same perhaps with registrars.

Andres,
Here are a couple of others that come highly recommended to us:
www.admoda.com (http://www.admoda.com) and their adult version www.adultmoda.com (http://www.adultmoda.com)
www.mkhoj.com (http://www.mkhoj.com) (based in India so good targetting of this rapidly growing territory)
www.outheremedia.com (http://www.outheremedia.com) (strong in central and eastern Europe)
www.aerodeon.com (http://www.aerodeon.com) (UK based)
If you are running ad campaigns across multiple ad networks, don't forget to make sure you are getting value for money by using a mobile analytics tool like Bango Analytics www.bango.com/analytics (http://www.bango.com/analytics)
This is a fantastically useful list for someone starting to think about doing something with their .mobi domains. Thank you!

thanks guys - took me ages. A lot of gaps though to fill - any one used nokia ad services or decktrade or medio for example? Already had buzzcity get in touch to say that they have a lot more traffic now since we trailed it.

Creating a Mobile Internet site is a great thing! But that is only the first step. You need to drive traffic to your new site so that people start discovering it. This leads to the second step; Mobile Advertising. Word of mouth usually comes afterwards…
Let’s have a look at our different experiences with Mobile Advertising Networks. All the networks we’ve discussed in our Mobile Internet Publisher blog are also available to advertise on (that’s a no-brainer). Here are our thoughts:
Please note that for the moment, Agamata (http://www.agamata.com/) only purchases traffic on a CPC (cost per click) model. We do not have a problem with CPM, in fact we encourage as a publisher, but for the moment we are looking for a low acquisition cost.
Admob (http://www.admob.com/) :
Admob probably has the most traffic in off portal Mobile Internet Advertising. We say probably because we don’t want to get into the numbers game… bottom line, as an advertiser, we are interested in traffic AND conversion. Speaking of which, Admob’s traffic has good conversion on the campaigns we run with them, in the different countries.

Zestadz minimum top up is 100$. We've never tried them, because I consider it's too expensive just for a trial. I don't want to get the same experience as the I had with another network based in India.
If we want to buy Indian traffic, Buzzcity, Admob and Mojiva have enough quality traffic not to venture anywhere else for the time being.

Just a note on Admob, I think the minimum purchase is $50 but the minimum per day spend is $100... its a bit ridiculous I think.. especially if you want to slowly get into building traffic few dollars per day at a time!

Hi Folks,
Have contacted Decktrade for additional info twice, but never got a reply :-(
I now give Quattro Wireless a try for about 3 weeks for a UK CPC campaign. Contact and info was good and fast. They also accept smaller players and offer good targeting options. I'll keep you all posted on the results.

James, what qualifies as "enough traffic?" Thanks.
I have heard 1m and 5m monthly uniques mentioned for some optimizers but I reckon others might be much easier to sign up with thinking about it. For example, adwhirl has no limit afaik. Would be good to find out what the likes of smaato require ...

InMobi seems to be doing well:
http://techcrunch.com/2010/07/30/inmobi-data/
InMobi is the largest independent mobile ad network in the world. Overall, they’re number two behind Google’s AdMob. That earned them an $8 million investment (http://techcrunch.com/2010/07/13/inmobi-gets-8-million-from-kleiner-perkins-and-sherpalo-ventures/) from Kleiner Perkins and Sherpalo Ventures a couple weeks ago. But what’s particularly interesting about InMobi is how well they’re doing outside the U.S.
Out of inMobi’s 16.9 billion mobile ad impressions globally, 2.6 billion are in Africa, more than the US’s 2 billion. 10 billion are in Asia, no surprise considering inMobi was founded in India and had more time to develop reach, while Europe follows Africa with 1.6 billion and the Middle East .5 billion. InMobi’s mobile eCPM development is highest in Europe at 29%, with North American coming in a close second at 24%.
When inMobi’s development rankings, are stack ranked by country, Australia comes in first due to its high adoption of the iPhone and Malaysia performs at number two. Not surprisingly the iPhone platform dominates inMobi’s marketshare the US, being responsible for 38.2% of all mobile ad impressions. Globally Nokia trumps other platforms serving inMobi ads, at 22.2% of the market.
Lamberti says that InMobi’s biggest growth markets are in the US, Japan, and South America and the US, partially because of the benefits from Google Ad Mob changes on the iPhone. While 60% of all mobile iPhone impressions are still in the US, inMobi is now poised to to monetize the 40% that aren’t.

If you haven't yet you should definitely give TapIt! Mobile Advertising a test drive - you won't be disappointed. We have about a 95% fill rate right now and we have great support. We truly try to take care of all of our publishers and advertisers, everyday we guide publishers who sign up on our platform and assist them in any way we can. We want to make money WITH you guys, we know you put in a lot of work and want to get you paid. We pay on time and give at least 60% to publishers...some times more depending on your app/website. If you have questions ping me!
I can tell you that TapIt! Mobile Advertising is a great bet because we not only have a state of the art ad platform with RTB enabled functions and auto optimization capabilities, but we also have a great clean user interface and dashboard that allows for customization. Furthermore, we also made sure we included an advanced reporting tool for publishers giving you the important metrics you desire. In addition, our fill rates are solid and stable and we have great support - we are always willing to help!

There's something so very, very eerily wrong about any website with pictures of kids on the front page like that.
andymoore
03-14-2012, 01:55 PM
Just feels wrong to me to have pictures of kids on the front page like that, primarily as they've got nothing at all to do with advertising or mobile and secondly it made my stomach churn to see kids being used in an exploitative and creepy manner.
Are you trying to attract mobile site owners and brands or pedophiles?

Thanks James. You really have done a good job on the list. There are a lot of networks i've never heard of before.
Right now I decided to work with the network of kissmyads.
They did a great job in guiding me through the my first uncertainties.
Tracking works well, I get payed biweekly and - most important - I'm contended with the return.
Maybe you can add them to the next version of your list.
