Just found it among the loads of spam which i receive everyday, thought about sharing it here. Also i have not read it properly as am on development time and not in a leisure mood. Hopefully the mobility gods here will read it and leave their individual opinions. The direct download link for this white paper is:

I presume the white-paper anticipates at-least good future for mobility sites irrespective of the tld in offering. If mobi gets mentioned anywhere then its super great news anyways :)
Also I expect it to signal bloom instead of doom for mobile marketing (apps / sites both included) :)
