Mobile Directory Script with Automatic Billing

This question is asked from time to time, but nobody has given a satisfactory answer.

Where can I find a directory script for paid entries that bills automatically every month? This needs to be mobile out of the box, without a desktop version. I'm looking for a full mobile solution and not a plugin.

Not sure about billing, but IndexU is a mature script which keeps adding new features and has a mobile template

They told me they filed a complaint today.Easily track your time using automatic time recording or manual time entry. Time can be recorded to user-defined categories and sub-categories such as customers, projects and tasks.
