Magnetic strip on car door (both sides) to advertise.

For those of us in large cities.... what better way to advertise than to order a large magnetic logo with your.mobi name on it and stick it on your car.

I'm seriously thinking about doing that. It would be good exposure for .mobi. Plus I live in an area where there are tons of limo companies everywhere. So perhaps people will be curious to just type in limo.mobi.

It is a thought. One that I'm seriously contemplating. Only that means my car has to be clean at all time! :laugh:

I heard the magnetic logos are not expensive. I've never ordered one. Anyone know how much it is??

So anyone game to do this for their OWN .mobi site? It will be great exposure for .mobi.

I'll do this as soon as I'm satisfied with limo.mobi. So far very happy with my New York and California pages. I've just updated it this week. They all have over 45 limos listed on it with click to call buttons. Will work on the others and finish it soon.

I just want to finish it. Then I'm going to ask my friends on this forum which country I should add for my international site on limo.mobi.

I figured out a way to do two click to call buttons. One for within the country and one for outside the country.

So this is the latest for me.

Will work on limo.mobi some more tomorrow.

Had them in the past at some radio stations I worked at but I wasn't involved in the buying so have no idea on price.

Proper branding of the vehicles was the best way to go, fully stickered and branded all over thought that's overboard for what you need.

Sounds like a good diea though as you can stick them on and peel them off and stick them in the boot at will.

As for countries, English speaking US, UK, Australia....

Both of which just gave me the idea of having large companies sponsor great MOTM. Sites that the community can vote for that is worthy to be sponsored. That is AFTER we get someone to sponsor this thought.

I think skater stickers are good, you can give then away at events. I haven't had them made up personally, but people love stickers, and some techies like to put them on their computers.
