Be aware of Bango. I installed their analytics as they promised me a 10,000 page views free. Most likely I had got to one thousand when they postponed my account wanting ridiculous monthly amount. And even the analytics are not related to my free billing, I cant anymore use the billing either.
When you want to go to asia, there was one billing provider from Singapore without any monthly fees handling countries like India, Vietnam, China, etc. I will try to find the URL.

I met the two guys behind it a couple of years ago, they had big plans and big ideas, Russell was sound but Keith was too lawyer like for my liking, I remember seeing the contract they sent me. The second word in my response was 'off' and I walked away.
