what's funny is at the bottom they say to send the link m.mjelly.com to a friend, but that url redirects to mjelly.com/mobile/. Either a case of covering their bases or being undecided.

Nice blog post with mobility.mobi in it...
About mobility.mobi:
"This is a really interesting place - the types of people that hang out in this forum are "domainers" (people buying up dot mobi domains e.g. real-estate.mobi etc), affiliate marketers and webmasters from the PC world moving onto mobile. There's also a great group of people who have just got into building mobile sites for the first time, because it's so quick and easy to learn vs developing for the PC web. There are some good sub-forums - best are mobile web design (http://mobility.mobi/forumdisplay.php?f=19) (everything from SEO, navigation etc), mobile advertising (http://mobility.mobi/forumdisplay.php?f=21)and the boards for posting your new .mobi sites and getting feedback on them. Mobility.mobi also runs does a prize for ".mobi of the month". There's also a fairly busy marketplace there for sites and domain names. All in all a great place to hang out."

Thanks for the link GijsZePa. Yes I love this forum - I've been building mobile sites since 2001 (the dark days of wap) and I see the same enthusiasm here as when i first started. Long may it continue.
Got the RSS feed now of all the new posts coming in will need to make more of an effort to post stuff rather than lurking.

Hey Scandiman - it actually wasn't a conscious decision to redirect to mjelly.com/mobile - we just didn't do any URL masking. The idea is once you've hit m.mjelly.com or mjelly.mobi it doesn't really matter what the URL is? If that makes sense?

If people might use mdot or /mobile or whatever other naming schemes are out there, it makes sense to have those url's available to them if possible. Naturally around here we get excited when the primary mobile naming choice is with a .mobi :)
Great to have an early mobile enthusiast in our midst. Welcome to mobility. A lot has changed since 2001, no doubt you could tell some interesting war stories from the past.
