Looking for Mobile Portal Programmer

I am looking for a mobile programmer who can create for me a simple Application that opens the browser and goes to my WAP page. I already have one that works for Blackberry, what I am looking for is one that works for:
- Android
- Sony Ericsson
- Windows Mobile
- Nokia
- Samsung
- Alcatel

And if possible, another that automatically adds an icon to the home screen on an iphone.
