Looks like it...
The fact it was a reported sale on Great Domains this week + Andres' & CD's posted links about it + the fact it was last transferred on Jan 6, 2010 (tho its on privacy), says the sale is genuine, imo...
This move could be exciting for .mobi, folks...!
The buyer of VUZU.mobi (an iPhone-targeted Video entertainment site) has to be related to VUZU.tv (http://vuzu.tv) ...
...which is run by M-Net (http://beta.mnet.co.za/) ...who appear to be an online entertainment business - interactively targeting 18-25 year olds,
and....even including stuff like THIS (http://beta.mnet.co.za/fanclub/FanClubArticle.aspx?ClubId=1103&AId=16718) (Pred'll enjoy...:))
This looks like a solid, active, end user .mobi sale that's going to be heavily promoted to the Smartphone 18-25 age group, guys....Could be high profile amongst that demographic....:D

It seems no, not mnet.co.za.
According to the seller, it is milo-media.net.
It is owned by Lawrence Tenuta, who is Co-founder and Director of Development at Milo Media.

It's a great sale for a not so generic name and it just goes to show this developed so nicely. Thanks for the heads up DT, I hope all is well with you

HipHop, you need to update your site it's well behind the time line and you have an error when viewed from my iPhone.

I would rather start from scratch even if I had the money

I've got a feeling the current site on Vuzu.mobi is prob brand new (new owners only just got the domain)....
...would explain why it has no decent ranking yet.
The end user was buying their brand name in .mobi - not buying a site.
