Not sure about affiliates, but admob.com (http://admob.com/)is a good one for ppc.

I've seen some online gambling affiliate programs for mobile but nothing beyond that yet.

I think www.aebn.com (http://www.aebn.com) is one for adult.. go to xmobile section for affiliate, I am actuly thinking of doing it but first I want to get my llc up and running so I don't have to give my ssn and be liable ect...
