After spending that much time on net you are still questioning legal and illegal well they are legal.

But i want to say that there are 1000's of websites providing the latest ringtones...i think ringtone is not illegal but mp3 is but they are also available on net.well it is not mine so i don't care..

You are distributing work which you are not the copyright holder to, what part of that are you failing to comprehend?

So, you don't host the files, you're still promoting what I would consider to be 1) illegal file sharing 2) breach of copyright laws.

As such, just to be a ******* (I'm great at that) the site hosting the content is getting reported.......
