Phone Browser Redirection

I have designed a website for computer users and a separate website for those who browse on their phones. My question is there anyway I could have the cell phone users only be directed to my mobile page, from the domain name.

Computer Users:
Scoremoregoals.com takes them to Scoremoregoals.com

Mobile Users:
Scoremoregoals.com takes them to mobile.scoremoregoals.com
