It is a really great traffic sitewith many backlinks, and don't feel bad all at the price I may let this go for. "This site is like owning your own vending machines, it just collects money every day with out any effort." Just make sure you have a nice hosting plan, I use hostgator $10 a month plan which is great for it and you can host other domains as well!.
