Web User-Experience Lead (Full-Time)
Acuity Mobile, a leading provider of mobile marketing solutions, is seeking a talented Web UI/UE expert to join our team in developing an interface allowing brands and marketers to create and manage content within a large-scale, high volume, advertising and content application platform along with the vehicles (downloadable applications, mobile websites, and desktop websites pertaining to mobile marketing programs) to deliver targeted content to mobile devices.
We are seeking a very special kind of developer - someone who can think like a creative, intuitive designer as well as a logical, meticulous coder at the same time.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to work in a highly creative, energetic work atmosphere. You should possess a passion for the start-up environment and an ability to innovate and lead. You must be able to turn on a dime, persist and sometimes fail, but ultimately feel the desire to try new things and push the boundaries.
Candidate must be a US Citizen or possess a green card, must be fluent in English and must reside in the Baltimore/Washington area. You will be working on-site in our Greenbelt, Maryland offices near the University of Maryland, College Park.

Responsibilities/Skills:
• Manage and Implement User Interface Design Projects
• Take client requirements from conception to completion including wire framing mock ups, demonstration, and coding final product
• Strong knowledge of (X)HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Ability to integrate web designs into programmers code, along with the ability to hand code in a text editor if necessary
• Experience designing for multiple browsers/platforms (mobile experience a plus)
• Skillful with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator (experience compiling and conducting UI iteration using Fireworks a plus)
• Experience using a versioning control system
• Aptitude to take client requirements from conception to completion including wire framing mock ups, demonstration, and coding final product
• Maintain, update and revise company website(s) as necessary
• Strong English writing, reading and verbal communications skills
Experience:
We are looking for an energetic individual ready for the challenge of working for an early stage company in a dynamic industry. Flexibility, forward thinker, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and successfully is a must. You mhust be comfortable and confident in interacting with clients and in communicating with co-workers.
2-3 Years experience required in a practical, applied setting
Experience working in a team capacity, planning, designing, implementing, and supporting web solutions
