Hello everyone,
yep another .mobi enthusiast from California.
Up here in Big Bear where it is snowing and just about time to hit the slopes. They opened last weekend with the help of their snow machines but now we have the real stuff falling so just about time to go make a fool of myself trying to get down the Mountain.

I have been lurking here for sometime and already am atleast familiar with most of you from np where I just about given up on even posting anything to do with this Great ext. Such a shame what that site has become, but as always, there is always a positive in any negitive, and in this case the positive is that mobility.mobi will now grow to the #1 .mobi forum on the entire Internet!

I look forward to reading (and learning) more about .mobi and domaining in general from some of the BEST people in this New Industry that have now made mobility.mobi apart of their lives.

John

Welcome aboard John!

I'm in popcorn mode watching the Sedo auctions but hope to get down to brass tacks after the Holidays in early 2008.

Hope you enjoy it here.

Hawkeye did you pass 4th grade? (kidding!)

Balboa Park is in San Diego. I'm the one that doesn't want to drive - we could go to Sea World too if you folks want to see giant dolphins (Shamu is not a whale).

I didn't finish coast. I meant Balboa Island, as I thought since you mentioned OC, that was what you meant. Wasn't thinking of a 'further away' destination for everyone to go to.

...and no, but I plan to go back for that final exam soon.

Welcome John
Regarding you evil US centric mobiers...I propose Iceland for the meeting! That' s a real middle.
Oh, and Gerry is right. Too many Californians. Some of you will have to emigrate to be part of mobility. The rules are the rules ;) (I hope nobody noticed I am envious of Californians, living in the rainy UK...)

Hello Everybody and thanks for the Warm Welcome.

Seems how this thread got you all thinking about getting together I vote you all come up here and get out of all that smog, pollution and PEOPLE down there -LOL. It's the best kept secret in all of So. California.

If you need to make reservations or want to know what all there is to do, Hey, just pull out that trusty cell and checkout big-bear(dot)mobi. Yes i know it's a hyphen and as our good friend jeff would say - reg fee +/-, but I didn't get it to sell it. It still needs some work but it beats the heck out of sitting on a parking page.
Of course when you get hungry your gonna want to checkout myrestaurantguide(dot)mobi and instantly find all the Best places to eat.

LOL- O.K. enough self promotion (I just couldn't resist :)
Honestly I personally don't know anybody that's into domaining and .mobi to be more specific, so it's always pleasure to come here and read all the info that many of you freely provide.
