Cuteftp is available for both windows and mac is very easy - it shows you two windows so you can drag and drop your files from your hard drive to the server. http://www.cuteftp.com/cuteftp/ There is a free trial process and then you have to pay for it, $39.99 USD or for $20 more you get support.

For mac, cyberduck is good too, only one window though so no drag and drop. It's free but the developer accepts donations. http://www.cyberduck.com.

Also, for windows, I hear filezilla is good but I haven't personally used it.
