This is a pro .mobi article, and it laments the fact that so many .mobi's are parked although not using that exact term.

For a TLD so young, it’s already quite full, although sadly with little real content, just irrelevant ads."

Ok it does use that exact term lol. Sorry, I was up late looking for a mobile content management system. <yawn> It seems to have affected my reading skills :).
