flight tracker program?

Does anyone know how to get a flight simple tracker program into a .mobi or a rough idea of how much it would cost to get the feed ect.... For example I want to make iFlight.mobi just to be a simple flight tracker to get it up and running soon and run admob or something on it and have a list of our developed .mobis on there.

Please let me know.
