Is it possible to have on the forum the same option that NamePros Forum has:

every thread you participate in at NP , has a little box next to the thread title so you know that you have joined that thread in the past when you visit again the forum index. That save time and keep track of your discussions.

Thank you in advance!

Best regards,

Lorenzo

Can someone please provide a screenshot or further details on what this is and how it works? I want to see if it's a built-in feature of vBulletin that I simply need to enable or if it requires the installation of a Modification, in which case, I would need to find out which Mod it is.

Thanks Lorenzo for the suggestion!

Bye,

MartinDo you guys prefer this solution, where you get a new link "My Posts" that displays your posts, or a checkbox next to the threads you've posted in (as shown in italiandragon's screen shot above)?

In the meantime, I also found this option which you can start using right now and which some of you may find helpful in terms of keeping track of threads you post in:

If you go to your control panel, then edit options you can select:

Default Thread Subscription Mode

When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

You can set it to no email notification, instant, daily or weekly. If you set it to no, the quickest way to see them is to go to the Quick links and subscribed threads. I think that will give you what you want.

If you click "new posts" it will also show an envelope with a black dot to show you the threads you have posted in.

One other way would be to do an advanced search via your username and you can have it display by posts or threads.

All you have to do is go to User CP -> Edit Options -> Messaging & Notification -> Default Thread Subscription Mode and then select "No e-mail notification". This is already set by default for new members, but old members need to make this change.
