well, we all know twc got the weather.mobi
also, they had 'weather.com' at the top of page on first day, right?
well they got rid of that & have done some work on site i'm pleased to say
however on site they're promoting their own twc.mobi?!
wonder if it's temporary? shall we flag up to mtld ?? its a bit naughty really as they are adding value to their own domain twc.mobi off the back of weather.mobi

Since I haven't heard anything official from mTLD regarding weather.mobi I wouldn't worry about it. No telling what is going on in the background right now before the official announcement.

First the whois and now this, what else is on your ****? ;)

No doubt we all want mTLD to move a bit faster but I'm willing to cut them some slack. This is entirely new after all and I appreciate their efforts to do it well. I may be in the minority on this but I was very happy to see they didn't submit any names to the recent auction. It's just a waste to see those great names sitting idle. RFP is the way to go and I'm looking forward to learning more about the results.

As for Pinky at NP, I don't think he every logged in and posted. He may be a regular peep for all we know and sees the hostility and says screw that!

What you have discovered is that www.domain.tld is actually a subdomain of domain.tld. Technically they are 2 different addresses. Most web servers will offer the same content on both url's but they don't have to. Now why they are currently doing this is unknown to me, my guess is perhaps for testing purposes. Hopefully this anomaly is resolved prior to the official announcement.
