Im looking for help on checking trademarks worldwide, anyone know any sites where i can search for this info :) thanks

I don't know about worldwide trademarks but you can search for US TM's using the USPTO tool. Just click on "Quick Links" on the top right and then on "Trademark Search" to go directly to the tool.
