(it means freezing in Italian)

ItalianDragon, I could be wrong, but doen't gelo mean ice and gelado mean frozen or icecream? Not sure, I know that italian is very similar to portuguese that's why I'm asking. I'm sure you would know better than me! :smile:

No sorry, in italian:

ice = ghiaccio

gelaTo (not gelaDo) = icecream

while the plural is GELATI


When you are unsure , my best advice is to go on Google.it , mark a box on results in italian or from italy and look for images with the word you`re looking at.

ok, I was wrong! obviously my italian needs a lot of work. Good luck with you sale Italian. could the mods please delete my posts here. I don't want to clutter up italiandragons sales post! thanks


No sorry, in italian:

ice = ghiaccio

gelaTo (not gelaDo) = icecream
