Best CTR yet!

I don't really know what it means, but although the number of visitors to my .mobis at NameDrive are on pace to match previous months, the click-through rate is MUCH higher than previously.

Past months I've seen it sit around 3.5% overall, but this month it's been a steady 10% so far! Which isn't to say that I'm making a ton of money on them...the clicks have only been bringing about $0.03 on average (lower than normal, actually).

Not sure how to account for the difference -- I would say that maybe the premium auctions are somehow responsible, but as I said, the visits to the sites aren't any higher, which is where you might expect to see an effect.

My experience is the opposite from yours.
now my traffic is completely dry.
Don't know wht's going on but for the last days it stopped.
Before that I was getting clicks every day(a small number) and before that I was getting a lot of traffic but with no clicks.
What you make of it?

Wish I knew...

I guess it just comes down to .mobi not being a traffic domain yet, so any "trends" we might see will come and go on very short cycles.

It'll take quite a while before we see steady traffic of any sort on parked domains.

In the past week or so my CTR has been between 6-12% on Admob and boy am I excited about that.

Gees guys, I use namedrive and my stats are completely different;

Nov 32.11% CTR average PPC $0.10
Oct 26.77% CTR average PPC $0.10
Jan 01 to Sep 30 18.87% CTR average PPC $0.12

Only difference I've seen this month other than the ctr, is several names that haven't had traffic previously, have started to get some.

EDIT: Just checked yesterday's 'update' and seen the average PPC for then reduced to $0.02 - I've got to develop.....

That's what happened to mine as well...$0.11 clicks that dropped to $0.02 a day or two later... :frown:
