Sukiyaki & Tempura similar OVT (U.S.) Although you get much higher OVT in native character in Japanese overture. If developing Sukiyaki, How about making it as a directory for Japanese food Directory site for Japanese food lovers & Asian population in USA and Canada. Focusing on " Warm comfort food" along w/ Sukiyaki, Ramen, Udon
and Yakidori specialty restaurants. :)
