Welcome Yaniv. Great to see guys like you here at mobility ..
I quick scanned your site, but it seems to me..that people have to download the games on their mobile phone isn't ?
Is it already possible to create a .mobi compliant affiliate ?

Welcome to Mobility Yaniv. How did you find us?
Seems like this might be a good fit for a few of my domains. But I need to have a solid understanding of my legal situation since I live in the US and we all know the climate is not favorable right now for online gaming in the US (mobile or otherwise). Many operators are even leery of visiting the US for fear of being arrested so I need 100% certainty I won't be placing myself in harms way. So any information you can share would be useful.

Welcome to mobility Yanivta. I too have a great domain for online gaming. Seeing that only games of skills are allowed here in the U.S., what games do you offer that would have a payout as high as poker games?

Hi,
For your first question I found Mobility by Google (mobile forums search).
As for your second question, we are operating under the European online casino license; unfortunately US players can't play at our casino (regulation issues) but the rest of the world filled with potential casino playersJ

Thanks for your response. You're absolutely right, no US players, but as an affiliate based in the US, what risks am I placing myself in by offering the services via my domains? Am I considered a sales person or a gaming operator? The difference between the two is the first offers a potential paycheck while the second offers potential jail time.

You aren't operating a gambling site, you jest promoting it at your site, that's a big difference and let us not forget the system is blocked to US players.
All the biggest promoting online casino sites based in US, for example http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com (http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/)
