I'm slowly selling off my sites to start a bigger project. This one is for sale first because it makes the most money. It is custom developed - Pulls an RSS feed and stores the info in a database. Users can search or browse articles within the database.
Currently has more than 900 stories, and I can custom code to suite the buyer's needs.
The admob earnings varies every day, usually from $1 - $4 a day, but some days it's around 75 cents. I usually pay $10 for advertising every other week or so (through admob).
If you are interested in buying the site, please PM me. Payment is through paypal, buyer is responsible for paypal fees. Site can be transferred to your server (if you have php 4.3+, MySQL and your PHP is configured to use simple_xml functions) otherwise, you can leave it on my server until you get one.
Price: $1000 FIRM
If it isnt sold within 5 days, I will keep it and continually advertise it so the revenue increases.
