mmmm..how can i say this without you wanting to kick me....
Eeeh...your logo is eeeh..not so nice...It has nothing to do with taste, but it's is really messy..

And javascript is not supported by all mobile phones...

Still good to see you develop your .mobis

I didn't had time to develop a good one. It will be done this week.

i only looked at it on my pc but i will tell you that my first thought was that it was a news site for some capitol city somewhere

so you might add a subheader to clarify what the site is about

it appears to be a general news site so i would say something about that

i.e. "your source for news of the world" etc etc
