reporting sale not to say great! but to say what a steal. what was the buyer thinking selling so low. think we will see for a time, people obviously need funds bad

I spent a lot of time in Malibu as a kid, beautiful area. If/when real estate is a solid monetization channel for mobile geo sites this one will have significant earnings potential.

For future transactions - contact Sedo's customer service requesting that all your transactions be kept private. I emailed them yesterday and today they responded saying they have made the change.

Thanks again to Pred for letting me know about that. :smile:

Can either buyer or seller request that for a transaction?

In other words, does that request make both your purchases and sales private?

yes

if one person requests it, thats enough onviously. its not a nda but sedo wont release details and in turn won't release sales data to dnjournal etc or post on site

read back to my post in this thread on how to sort it

Thanks all. Yeah, I was the one who got it. :smile: Had to do some haggling and pray he stuck to not sending it to auction, which he didn't, so I'm quite content with the purchase! It's the crown name for my MalibuCalifornia.mobi (http://MalibuCalifornia.mobi) site. Now I'll need some real GEO development help!
