Actually, very odd you mentioned (and regged) VeterinarySurgeon(s).mobi.

Tomorrow, my baby Mobi, has to have surgery on both elbows tomorrow. He is getting so big so fast that he has developed "fragmented bones" in his elbows. We would commonly call this perhaps bone spurs or simply "grit" from little pieces of bone spurs.

Over all he is very healthy and beautiful and sweet as can be and a people magnet no matter where he goes. This is just causing his gait and his posture to be a little off and creating some limping.

So, by this time tomorrow, I'll be $2,500.00 poorer not to mention the vet bills already and the xrays taken.

Is it worth it? You betcha. And it's worth my wife's happiness and dedication to these rescued labs and therapy dogs. Now Mobi can truly be a therapy dog to young kids and surgical patients.

This has a lot to do with the other mention (capt.mobi) thread of writing, designing, and illustrating children's books.
