Luca is one of the major players behind WURFL and according to this link also works at Admob.

Hi Martin, thanks for posting that. I reread it again carefully and I was very glad I did.

There are serious warnings there about changing link colours, colour contrast issues, and using external CSS. Recommended.

I was interested to see him disagreeing with W3, which goes some way to explaining the apparent lack of accessibility standards for mobile devices - W3 are slow moving.
