Interesting concept. It is a shame that they go to the trouble of issuing a press release with multiple grammatical mistakes in it. Makes them look a bit amateurish. Even more interesting, they apparently admit that they own TM names and they are justified because the TM owner didn't reg during sunrise. Not sure if I would want that to be my defense if I got sued.....

its weird. when i first found out about dotmobi and sunrise, i thought that is how it would work - afterall, they are giving tm holders free crack at it and i think a bid war with multiple tm's. so it seemed that was the fence, and a good idea of that (outside of cheese tm corruption, eg from Asia, etc.), but its not the case at all.

Its no defense the way i see it. It should be, but it isnt.
