Is there a Trademark TESS equivalent in Italy?

Hi,

I am looking at some generic Italian one word terms that I want to reg.
Have already eliminated some choices because I've found live TM on TESS.
So, for now, am looking to check the rest(ones w/o live TM on TESS) on Italian patent system.

Is there a TESS like system but ran by Italian Patent ofc that youguys would recommend to me?

But also, keep in mind that generic words are generic words. Even though there is a TM on a name, it is how that name is used or branded that is essentially TM'd. That is why when you do a TM search, you are likely to find multiple TM's issued on the same

also remember that there are classes for which you can register the same name too!. Just because it's taken doesn't mean you give up!
Domainitrix I saw you mentioned "Italian Patent system", a patent is different to a trademark so u know! ( i think you may have meant- trademark)

yes, I meant Italian trademark ofc.

Yeah, I've further investigated what the registrant of that trademark's list of provided services were.., completely different than what I'd think people would think or relate to/ or what I'd use it for when they've heard the term. T/F , good possibility I'd reg this term.
