Can you integrate maps? Are any of them free?
technical and legal/commercial question, not sure why google and msn aren't very informative about this - do they have other plans to make money out of this?
The google maps are free to integrate BUT depend on Ajax (JavaScript) so they won't work on a phone, and anyway they depend on a mouse/pointing device.
Google offer maps for phones but not for integration AFAIK

Microsoft's Live Earth? also JavaScript, both that and Google I can get into a tiny window the size of a mobile screen but its useless on a mobile.
Multimap offer pre JavaScript maps BUT you have to pay to integrate them and if you link to them they'll be too big for your screen.
http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?client=public&ukwidth=289&ukheight=301&scale=2000000&lang=&overviewmap=GB_over&db=&g.x=210&g.y=238
Multimap will send a map to your phone for a fee.
So are there any maps you can just link to?
(saw the Pilot thread but it seems to be instructions, not maps.)
